If you have updated your android version from jelly bean 4.1 to 4.2+ then you are missing old quick settings of jelly bean 4.1 which are available when you drop down notification bar to bottom then you will get some settings directly like Wi-Fi , Bluetooth, sync, data connection Etc. all other quick setting. But in jelly bean latest update there is no quick settings in notification area, quick settings are shifted to right top corner of notification panel.
